1. Transfer the contents of the foil
    pouch to a microwave safe bowl.
2. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes
   and serve hot. Microwave ovens
   vary; adjust cooking times
   accordingly.

1. Submerge the sealed pouch in
    boiling water.
2. Boil for 3-5 minutes.
3. Carefully remove from the
    water.
4. Leave to stand for 30 seconds.
5. Open with care & serve hot.
